MacOrama für den 09. Mai 2004

"This service is an embarrassment to the company that gave the world the Walkman. And it didn't have to happen this way: To see a different path Sony might have taken, just look at the improvements Apple made to its iTunes Music Store and software on April 28, one year after the store's debut.[…]
But just compare it with Sony's Connect: One of these stores has a future, and one of them does not. And the difference comes down to nothing more complex than each company's willingness to learn from experience and listen to customers."

"Apple shall probably give its "original" iPod a revamp so it may win sales over the mini! Without this being a rumour, this shall not take long, considering the numerous iPods sold on Refurb last Wednesday are new, not refurbished products at all!"
--

Und noch mehr bei MacBidouille:
"Apple Care published a document about a consumer satisfaction study. The laptop figures were published in March, those for desktop computers will be in June. According to those, Apple's customer service would be considered the best of all by the consumers."
