Laue Sommerloch-Gerüchte zu iPod, Mac Pro und MacBook

Während zumindest ein Analyst von Verzögerungen bei den kommenden iPods ausgeht, rechnet Samsung -einer der Hauptlieferanten von Flash-Speicher für iPods- mit guten NAND-Verkäufen im dritten Quartal 2006 und legt damit nahe, dass in diesem Zeitraum ein neuer iPod nano für ordentliche Nachfrage sorgen dürfte. Nach AI-Quellen ist Apples Ziel den nächsten nano in der zweiten Septemberhälfte auf den Markt zu bringen, gut ein Jahr nach der Erstvorstellung.

DigiTimes faselt etwas über ein 15,4" MacBook (ohne Pro), lag aber bisher bei Apple-Produktvorhersagen praktisch immer falsch. Optimistisch stimmen dagegen die im selben Artikel vermuteten MacBook-Verkäufe: «For all of 2006, Apple may deliver two million iBook and MacBook laptops in addition to one million MacBook Pro notebooks, the sources estimated. Juli werden erste Zahlen liefern, wie gut sich die MacBooks bis jetzt tatsächlich schlugen.
